These terms govern access to the Arkansas DTF Prints ordering platform, including customer uploads, AI-assisted artwork tools, checkout, invoicing, and fulfillment workflows.
Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Apparel Decorating Network, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Services
The platform provides direct-to-film transfer printing, order management, file preparation tooling, AI-assisted artwork tools, and related customer workflows.
- Custom DTF transfer printing from customer-supplied artwork.
- AI-assisted art generation and image preparation tooling.
- Stock image browsing and customer file management.
- Order, invoice, and fulfillment visibility.
Accounts, orders, and payment
Access to ordering and account features requires an account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Retail customers generally pay at checkout. Qualified business accounts may receive weekly invoicing under approved billing terms.
Artwork and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the artwork you upload and grant us a limited license to use it only to fulfill your order.
You are responsible for ensuring submitted artwork does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
Shipping, returns, and liability
Shipping times may vary and carrier delays are outside our control.
Because the products are custom, returns are limited to manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or fulfillment errors. Claims should be submitted promptly with supporting photos.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order at issue.
