PNG, JPG, or WebP up to 100 MB. Transparent-background PNG is the gold standard — whatever is transparent in the file simply does not print.
Check artwork clarity at your actual print size. 300 DPI is an ideal target for fine detail, not a requirement for every design: a 10-inch-wide image at 300 DPI is 3,000 pixels wide. Lower-resolution artwork may work depending on the design and size, but edges and small text can soften as you enlarge it. Our upload and mockup tools show the effective DPI and warn about low resolution before you order.
Ideally yes, but it is not a dealbreaker: our pipeline detects likely backgrounds and can remove them for you during ordering, and it automatically trims empty transparent borders so you are never billed for blank space.
The smallest side of a print can be up to 22.25 inches, which covers full backs, oversized fronts, and jumbo designs.
