PNG, JPG, or WebP up to 100 MB. Transparent-background PNG is the gold standard — whatever is transparent in the file simply does not print.
Aim for 300 DPI at the printed size: a 10-inch-wide print wants roughly 3,000 pixels of width. Down to about 150 DPI still looks good; below that, edges start to soften. Our upload and mockup tools compute this for you and warn before you order.
Ideally yes, but it is not a dealbreaker: our pipeline detects likely backgrounds and can remove them for you during ordering, and it automatically trims empty transparent borders so you are never billed for blank space.
The smallest side of a print can be up to 22.25 inches, which covers full backs, oversized fronts, and jumbo designs.
