Shop software for apparel decorators, compared

What is genuinely good, and what shops keep complaining about, in the systems people actually buy. Prices below were read from vendor pages on October 9, 2026, unless a note says otherwise. Confirm the page the week you sign.

TL;DR

  • Since September 22, 2026, Taivo is the parent of eight brands, including Printavo, InkSoft, GraphicsFlow, and OrderMyGear. An integration between two of them is still two products.
  • Published monthly prices run from $49 (The Print Life, and ManagePrint Starter) to Turbine Enterprise from $1,495. InkIQ does not publish a price. It is quoted on a call.
  • The surprise is usually a percentage. OrderMyGear takes 3.95% of the whole pop-up cart, including tax and shipping. Chipply takes 3.5% of product and decoration only. ManagePrint adds 0.6% on top of Stripe.
  • Email-to-quote is a real category. InkIQ shows the fullest public demo. PriceIt sells an AI Order Importer for $25 a month. How well that importer works is not shown.
  • An art approval helps the floor only if it is tied to the job. GraphicsFlow approvals carry no quantities or prices. ManagePrint says approving a quote creates the invoice and the production job in one step.
  • Before you sign, ask whether you can export, who processes the card, and what the fee is calculated on.

01 / Verdict

Copy the flow. Read the bill.

The useful split is not a feature checklist. It is whether a messy request becomes a job the floor can run, and whether the price you were shown is the price you keep paying.

Quote fast, and show the work

Printavo is praised because people learn it and quotes go out quickly, including by text. Scheduled actions that show in the order history, and can be cancelled, are the version of automation shops describe without fear.

An approval should create the job

ManagePrint says approving a quote creates the invoice and the production job in one step, with an e-sign and a deposit on the phone. GraphicsFlow’s approval still has to be retyped somewhere else.

Write down the fee basis

OrderMyGear’s 3.95% includes tax and shipping. Chipply’s 3.5% does not include fundraising. ManagePrint’s 0.6% sits on top of Stripe. The rate without the basis is not a price.

Price after you are in

One Printavo shop wrote that cost kept rising by over two hundred dollars a month. One DecoNetwork reviewer said a grandfathered bill more than doubled. List price is the start of the story.

Leaving is part of the product

shopVOX users describe data they cannot get out. InkSoft users describe customer data they cannot market from. Printavo’s API, in one account, stopped within minutes of cancelling. Ask for an export and open it.

Thin records stay thin

InkIQ’s email-to-quote demo has no independent reviews as of this check. ManagePrint launched around spring 2026. YoPrint’s public review-site record here is two scores of 5.0. Missing reviews are not a five-star average.

02 / Market map

One table for the whole shelf.

These are list prices. Seats, setup, stores, and a cut of the sale change the bill. The fee basis is in the next section. Capterra still showed older Printavo and shopVOX numbers on the same date. Use the vendor page.

Platform Published price Who it’s for Standout
Printavo Lite $109 (2 users, 20 quotes or invoices a month). Standard $244 (5 users). Premium on request. Extra user $19. Merch stores +$109 on Standard. A shop of about 1–15 people that wants simple quoting. Quotes, a public approval link, barcodes, and a calendar people learn quickly.
ManagePrint Starter $49/mo for 5 users. Professional is $99/mo for 10. No seat fees. 14-day trial. Screen print, embroidery, and DTF shops that want a cheaper Printavo-shaped desk. Approving a quote creates the invoice and the production job in one step.
InkSoft $314 a month (100 stores, 5 users). $419 a month (unlimited stores and users). The live page says “Free one-time software license.” Shops whose revenue is stores, schools, teams, and fundraisers. The customer designer. Users call it the best of this set.
DecoNetwork Standard $239. Premium $339. Enterprise $439. $99 is the first month of Premium, not a plan. Extra staff $10 a month. A multi-decoration shop that wants stores and the production queue in one login. Store orders go into production. Fundraiser stores sit on Premium. The API sits on Enterprise.
OrderMyGear Pop-up license $1,899. Single company store $499. Company Stores Unlimited $2,499. OMG Unlimited $2,999. Hosting $119 or $199 a month. Dealers running many short school, team, or company stores. Customers prepay. One click for what to order, and a fundraising total.
Chipply $1,000 one-time onboarding. No monthly fee. Team, spirit-wear, and fundraiser stores where OrderMyGear’s cut feels high. 3.5% of product and decoration only, plus bulk logo application.
GraphicsFlow Starter $99 (5 users, 25 GB). Pro $149 (10 users, 250 GB). Elite $199 (20 users, 500 GB). Extra user $10. No free trial. A shop whose art desk is the bottleneck, next to a quoting system. Method, colors, size, and production notes stored on the art file.
InkIQ Starter, Operator, and Enterprise. Every plan is quoted on a call. AI credits. Onboarding quoted separately. A shop that lives in email and PO PDFs and will watch the first weeks. The fullest public claim that email, a PDF, and art become a draft quote.
The Print Life $49 a month, unlimited users. 0% fee on merch and team stores. 30-day trial. A shop that wants the lowest published monthly number in this set. Hourly-rate matrices, a gang-sheet builder, and a bin-wall packing screen.
Turbine $0 a month for Rave customers. Pro from $595. Enterprise from $1,495. A one-time setup fee for an advanced decorated-DTF process is not on the summary. A shop that runs the DTF or DTG printer, not one that sends transfers out. Batching, nesting, Wasatch RIP, barcode QC, and EasyPost.
YoPrint Basic $69 ($59 annual), 1 user. Pro $149 ($129 annual), 5 users. Extra users $10 on Basic, $12 on Pro. Shops comparing a lower entry price with Printavo. No YoPrint transaction fee. Bring your own processor.
Teesom $77 (1 user) up to $718 (30 users). All features on every paid plan. Annual billing is about 15% off. A purchasing-heavy shop that will learn a deeper tool. The price rises with seats. It is not a flat $77.
shopVOX Express $109 + $29 a user. PRO $249 + $49 a user. Onboarding from $499. Sign, print, and apparel shops that want quote, job, and invoice together. The deepest review pile in this set: Capterra shows 4.6 from 243 reviews.
ShopWorks OnSite Not published. A third-party listing guesses about $57 a user. That is a guess, not a vendor price. A hosted option exists. Larger shops that leave Printavo over permissions past about 30 people. Department costing: who produced it, how long it should have taken, what it made.
PriceIt Light $120, Core $170, Pro $270 a month, plus setup of $250, $500, or $1,000. Extra user $20. Shops that want many sizes on one line and fast reorders. AI Order Importer at $25 a month. How well it reads a real PO is not shown.
Antigro Free to install on Shopify. 5% of the print-ready file after a 3-day trial. A store that already exists and needs gang sheets. A sheet builder, not a shop operating system.

Sources: Printavo, ManagePrint, InkSoft, DecoNetwork, OrderMyGear, Chipply, GraphicsFlow, InkIQ, The Print Life, Turbine, YoPrint, Teesom, shopVOX, PriceIt, Antigro. ShopWorks’ unpublished price is noted by SoftwareConnect.

03 / Fees

Where the percentage hides.

A low monthly price can still take a cut of every paid order. Read the basis, not just the rate.

Who What they take What they leave out
OrderMyGear 3.95% of the pop-up cart, then Stripe at 2.9% + $0.30. Presentations and order management are $79 a user a month, two-user minimum. The cart includes tax and shipping. Shops have written, “You are paying fees on taxes and shipping.”
Chipply 3.5% of product price and decoration, plus card processing at 2.9% + $0.30. Not taxes, fundraising amounts, optional personalization, or other extra charges.
ManagePrint 0.6% on top of Stripe, on card, ACH, and store payments. The monthly plans have no seat fees. The percentage is still on the payments.
Antigro 5% of the print-ready gang-sheet file after three free days. Install is free. This is a Shopify add-on, not a shop system.
The Print Life 0% on merch and team stores, at $49 a month. Unlimited users are included in that $49.
YoPrint No YoPrint transaction fee. Bring your own processor. Exports and the API sit on Pro. The API was described as an invite-only beta.
Printavo Its own processing, after older options were shut off. Printavo’s FAQ of January 11, 2023 said Stripe and Authorize.net payment automations would stop on April 3, 2023.
shopVOX Webhooks were listed at $250 a month. Inventory and e-commerce are add-ons. One review says the bill started near a hundred a month and left as a multiple of that.

04 / Features

Intake, approvals, and stores.

Most of these systems assume a person types the order. The split that matters is whether email, an approval, or a store order becomes the job, or a picture someone still has to retype.

Need Where it shows up The limit on the record
Email or a PDF becomes a quote InkIQ shows the fullest public demo: the thread, the sentence a field came from, and a missing price that escalates instead of being guessed. PriceIt’s AI Order Importer is $25 a month. InkIQ is quoted on a call, spends credits, and had no independent reviews as of this check. How well PriceIt’s importer works is not shown. ManagePrint’s assistant is read-only. DecoNetwork’s Demi explains the software and does not change the order. Printavo’s public AI story here is analytics on exported files.
The customer approves art Printavo: a public link, no login, approve and pay. ManagePrint: e-sign and a deposit on the phone, and the vendor says that step creates the invoice and the job. YoPrint: approve or reject each artwork. GraphicsFlow approvals carry no quantities, prices, or payment. Versioning starts after a rejection. DecoNetwork users still ask for mesh, ink, and hit specs to follow the art onto every open garment.
Team, spirit, or company stores InkSoft for a customer designer. DecoNetwork when store orders should hit production. OrderMyGear when customers prepay. Chipply when the fee should ignore fundraising. ManagePrint’s team, spirit, and company stores lock partner profit splits at purchase. The Print Life charges 0%. InkSoft has no bulk add. DecoNetwork batching is called extremely lacking. OrderMyGear’s 3.95% includes tax and shipping, and connecting it to shop software has meant custom code. ManagePrint adds 0.6% on the payment. The Print Life’s March 2026 thread says a shop record disappeared. That is testimony, not a diagnosed cause.
A production board the floor can run ManagePrint: six fixed phases, a bilingual iPad worker view, phase timing, and a bottleneck callout. Turbine: batches into Wasatch. Printavo: barcodes and box labels. Printavo’s floor tools get thin around 30 people, over permissions and receiving. Turbine is the print floor, not the front counter. ManagePrint has no public API, webhooks, or Zapier.
Many sizes on one line PriceIt users name “Multiple sizes can be on a single line entry,” and reorders that are almost instant. InkIQ’s quoting demo, on a mixed-size line, used a median unit price. Ask to see a 2XL upcharge on a single row.

On a demo, bring a messy PO. Ask where each field came from, what happens when two garments match, and what happens when the price table does not cover the decoration. A polished sample email is not the test.

Taivo · strong review pile

Printavo

Who it’s for
A shop of about 1–15 people that wants simple quoting and will live with Printavo’s processor.
Price
Lite $109 (2 users, 20 quotes or invoices a month). Standard $244 (5 users). Premium on request. Extra user $19.
Standout
People learn it fast. Quotes go out by text. A public link covers status, approval, payment, and reorder. Barcodes and repeat invoices get named a lot.
Pain
Price after the acquisition, required processing after the April 3, 2023 Stripe and Authorize.net cutoff, thin permissions at scale, and an API that is Premium-only.

Verdict The comparison point for everyone else. A minority still defend the price: “$500/m is not bad at all for what you get.” One shop wrote that it “keeps increasing the cost significantly to the tune of over two hundred dollars a month since we started.”

Quotes and limits
  • “New employees seem to pick up very quickly on how things work.” Scheduled actions show in the order history, and they can be cancelled.
  • Accounting and sales tax draw sharp complaints, including “Horror stories about sales tax reporting.”
  • One reviewer left around 30 people over missing read/write permissions and a real receiving system. Partial receiving has since improved on the changelog.
  • One detailed account says the API stopped answering within minutes of cancelling, and that customer emails failed with no error. The Google Play app is rated 1.7.
  • The vendor says more than 3,000 shops. Founded in 2012 inside a screen-printing shop.

Independent · few outside reviews

ManagePrint

Who it’s for
A screen print, embroidery, or DTF shop that wants a Printavo-shaped desk at a lower published price.
Price
Starter is $49/mo for 5 users. Professional is $99/mo for 10. No seat fees. 14-day trial. 0.6% on top of Stripe.
Standout
Approving a quote creates the invoice and the production job in one step. The customer e-signs and pays a deposit on their phone. Team, spirit, and company stores, with partner profit splits locked at purchase. The production board has six fixed phases, a bilingual iPad worker view, phase timing, and a bottleneck callout.
Pain
Read-only AI assistant. No public API, webhooks, or Zapier. Only a one-way Printavo sync and QuickBooks Online. It launched around spring 2026.

Verdict Fits a shop that will accept a 0.6% payment fee and is comfortable with a product that has not had a long public track record. Two forum comments from Printavo leavers: “very similar to printavo but way better interface,” and “i'll never go back.” That is not a wide sample. manageprint.shop

Taivo · store builder

InkSoft

Who it’s for
Shops whose customers design online, and whose revenue is stores, schools, teams, and fundraisers.
Price
$314 a month for 100 stores and 5 users. $419 a month for unlimited stores and users. Older write-ups that show a paid license are stale.
Standout
“The online stores features and online desiger are the best available.” The typo is in the review. Supplier catalogs can be loaded into a store. Support, including unpaid training, gets praised.
Pain
“They told me I could run 30k through it easy and I never even made my money back.” Price increases, features deleted, customer data you cannot market from, and no bulk add of products.

Verdict A storefront budget, not a quoting-tool budget. It is not a drop-in Printavo replacement. The Printavo integration is only for InkSoft Unlimited and Printavo Premium.

Independent · strong review pile

DecoNetwork

Who it’s for
A multi-decoration shop that wants walk-in quotes and stores in one place and will spend time learning it.
Price
Standard $239. Premium $339. Enterprise $439. Extra staff $10 a month. Unpriced one-time license.
Standout
One shop left shopVOX, OrderMyGear, Shopify POS, and Wix “because of the abilities to create online stores and those orders go directly into production.” Affiliate stores, Wilcom, QuickBooks, and a steady stream of updates.
Pain
“The Batch production capabilities are extremely lacking.” The designer draws the opposite review from InkSoft. Training is paid. One account says orders and customers are gone within 90 days of cancellation.

Verdict People buy it because the store and the queue are the same system. One February 10, 2026 reviewer said their bill “More than doubled the prices even though we were on a fixed old rate.” That reads as a grandfathered rate moving to current pricing. List price tops out at $439. It is one account. Demi “does not make automatic changes.” Australian company, Georgia office, founded 2006.

Taivo · thin reviews

OrderMyGear

Who it’s for
Dealers running many short school, team, or company stores, if the prepay is worth the percentage.
Price
Licenses from $499 to $2,999, plus hosting of $119 or $199 a month, plus 3.95% of the pop-up cart and Stripe.
Standout
“All I do now is click a button and it tells me exactly what to order.” “I get paid before I even order the shirts.” Fundraising math that ends in a check.
Pain
The 3.95% is on the whole cart, including tax and shipping. It does not talk to shop software without custom code. A $79-a-user order-management product means it is no longer only a store builder.

Verdict The prepay is the reason shops tolerate the fee. The production handoff is the reason they look at Chipply or DecoNetwork. Review volume is thin: one G2 review and three Trustpilot reviews were in the roundup used here.

Independent · one detailed forum report

Chipply

Who it’s for
Team, spirit-wear, and fundraiser stores aimed at shops that find OrderMyGear’s cut too high.
Price
$1,000 once. No monthly fee. 3.5% of product and decoration, plus cards at 2.9% + $0.30.
Standout
The fee skips taxes, fundraising amounts, optional personalization, and other extra charges. Bulk logo application is the practical answer to InkSoft’s “no way to bulk add products.”
Pain
Independent comment is one Signs101 report from November 21, 2024. A vendor line about cutting store-building time in half is a vendor line.

Verdict The fee contrast to OrderMyGear, not a quoting desk. “I can put a store together in under 5 minutes” is one report.

Taivo · art desk, not a shop system

GraphicsFlow

Who it’s for
A shop whose art desk is the bottleneck, as an add-on next to quoting software.
Price
Starter $99, Pro $149, Elite $199. Stock downloads are capped. US only. A 15-day money-back guarantee instead of a free trial.
Standout
Decoration method, colors, print size, and production notes on the file, so a reorder is not a memory test. Previews for AI, PSD, CorelDRAW, vector, raster, and .DST. Unlimited approvals.
Pain
An approval is not an order. No quantities, prices, or payment. No documented GraphicsFlow-to-Printavo sync. Version control “isn't available until an Admin or Client rejects a design.” 25 GB at $99 is small if the library is the point.

Verdict Budget another system for the order. The single Capterra review is a poor match for the product, so it is not used here. The site counts 25,000+ vector designs. Taivo’s own page says 7,000+ design ideas. The two pages do not explain the gap.

Independent · vendor demos only

InkIQ

Who it’s for
A shop that lives in email and PO PDFs, if someone will watch the first weeks. A poor fit, in the vendor’s own words, for a one-person shop quoting four jobs a week.
Price
Starter, Operator, and Enterprise are quoted on a call. Reading a thread, analyzing art, drafting a reply, and matching a product each spend credits. Starter is 2 users and excludes purchase orders, pipeline, and merch stores.
Standout
It “reads the thread, not just the last message.” A size run stays a grid. Each field is supposed to come “with the sentence each one came from.” “If the table doesn't cover a case, it escalates rather than improvising a number.”
Pain
No press reviews, Reddit threads, or Capterra or G2 reviews as of October 9, 2026. The July 2026 demo offers a 14-day trial. The site later says “Book a demo.” Treat the trial as unconfirmed. A mixed-size line in the demo used a median price.

Verdict The fullest public claim in the email-to-quote category, and not the only product in it. Beta pre-sales opened July 2, 2025. A week later the founder wrote, “Our MVP sucks. It's bare-bones,” then pulled the first launch. The purchase-order demo’s “under 5 seconds” is the vendor’s clock.

240 Tech · production floor

Turbine

Who it’s for
A shop that runs the printer. A shop that sends transfers out does not need this.
Price
$0 a month for Rave customers. Pro from $595. Enterprise from $1,495. Plus a one-time setup fee for an advanced decorated-DTF process.
Standout
Transfer Gang Network intake, batches by priority, customer, decoration, shipping, and date, Wasatch RIP (“Rip, Nest, Print and Cut”), barcode QC, EasyPost, Shopify, and Order Desk.
Pain
Closer to the print floor than to a front counter. Capterra’s “Turbine” is unrelated HR software. Do not read those reviews.

Verdict Buy it for batching, nesting, and RIP. Do not buy it as the quoting desk.

Independent · two public 5.0 reviews

YoPrint

Who it’s for
Shops that want cloud shop management at a lower entry price than Printavo, and their own card processor.
Price
Basic $69 ($59 annual), 1 user. Pro $149 ($129 annual), 5 users. Extra users $10 or $12.
Standout
“about a third the price of Printavo.” “Does YoPrint charge transaction fees? Nope!” A public changelog. Customers can approve or reject each artwork, pay, and track.
Pain
Inventory: “Every page you view shows a different number with no tracing capabilities.” “they are doing way too much” for a simple shop. Full export is Pro only. Shopify integration is a beta on Pro.

Verdict The review-site record used here is two Capterra reviews, both 5.0, which is too small to treat as a score. The vendor says 500+ shops. One founder ran a DTG shop.

Abaco · free tier unverified

Teesom

Who it’s for
A shop that wants more functionality than Printavo and will accept a harder tool, with light e-commerce next to DecoNetwork and InkSoft.
Price
$77, $111, $143, $178 for five, $293 for ten, then $373, $488, $603, and $718 for 30. Every paid plan includes all features.
Standout
Seats set the price, and features are not gated by plan. It cannot import Printavo order history.
Pain
A free tier is unverified. A third-party write-up and a forum post describe free use under about 20 orders a month. A moderator replied, “Teesom is not free.” The vendor pricing page lists paid plans only.

Verdict Do not budget a free tier. One account says cancelling a paid plan drops you to a free tier and keeps the data, and that every report exports to CSV. That exit story comes from the same third-party write-up, so confirm it on a demo. From the FastManager team, owned by Abaco since 2022.

Fullsteam · deepest review pile

shopVOX

Who it’s for
Sign, print, and apparel shops that want quoting, job tracking, and invoicing in one system.
Price
Express $109 + $29 a user. PRO $249 + $49 a user. Webhooks were listed at $250 a month. Inventory at $299 plus $999 setup, and e-commerce at $199, are where it climbs.
Standout
“The quick conversion from a quote to sales order and invoicing if flawless.” Live chat. Flexible price rules. Users say they were not locked into a contract.
Pain
“the first 6 months had a huge learning curve.” Untested releases, including a 2FA rollout. “very limited in which of YOUR data can be exported.” “When we started using Shopvox, it was about a hundred a month. By the time we left a few years later it was a multiple of that.”

Verdict Capterra shows 4.6 from 243 reviews. The 2026 master agreement, in one review of the paperwork, specifies 12-month auto-renewing terms. Read the export before you treat “no contract” as an exit.

ShopWorks · hosted option exists

ShopWorks OnSite

Who it’s for
Larger decoration operations that need permissions past 30 people and a daily schedule the floor trusts.
Price
Not on the vendor site. À la carte: user, license, proofing, support, hosting, storage. A third-party per-user guess is a guess.
Standout
Every department sees the same job. Job costing that shows who produced it, how long it should have taken, what it took, what it cost, and what it made. Reorders.
Pain
“3-4 years later we're still only using 80-90% of the tools.” “Production notes box does not print entirely on paperwork” (Jennifer S., January 19, 2022). QuickBooks is absent. Catalog updates are “not live.”

Verdict FileMaker-based, around since the 1990s, cloud-hosted or on premises. The “isn’t web-based” complaint is real in older reviews. The vendor now offers a hosted option, so that complaint needs the date on it.

Since 1997 · importer quality not shown

PriceIt

Who it’s for
Shops that care about many sizes on one line, and reorders that are almost instant.
Price
Light $120, Core $170, Pro $270 a month, plus setup. Texting $10. Paylink $25. AI Order Importer $25 a month. Extra user $20.
Standout
“Multiple sizes can be on a single line entry.” The calendar can be the production board. Pro lists a Printavo invoice import, and integrations with Chipply, OrderMyGear, and InkSoft.
Pain
Since January 2025, reviews also describe the server connection “leaving us dead in the water.” How well the importer reads a real PO is not shown in public.

Verdict A long-running quoting tool with a small AI add-on, not a proven inbox that writes quotes. “Trusted by shops since 1997” is the vendor’s line.

Shopify app · not a shop OS

Antigro

Who it’s for
A store that already exists and needs a gang-sheet builder.
Price
Free to install. 5% of the print-ready file after a 3-day trial.
Standout
Rated 5.0 from 37 reviews on the Shopify App Store. Shop comments praise the upload and the support.
Pain
It does not replace quoting, production, or the books. Launched January 9, 2024.

Verdict A sheet builder beside a store, in the same category as pieces of The Print Life and Turbine, not beside Printavo.

06 / What to ask

Nine questions before you switch.

The pattern across the reviews is price after you are in, data you cannot leave with, and a second product sold as if it were the first.

Can you leave with the history?

Ask for a full export, then open it. shopVOX, InkSoft, DecoNetwork’s 90-day deletion account, Printavo’s API, and The Print Life’s March 2026 thread are the same fear in different clothes.

What is the fee calculated on?

Monthly seat, quote cap, percent of the cart, or percent of goods only. OrderMyGear’s 3.95% includes tax and shipping. Chipply’s 3.5% does not include fundraising. ManagePrint’s 0.6% sits on top of Stripe.

Who processes the card?

Printavo’s April 3, 2023 cutoff is a vendor fact. YoPrint and Teesom advertise that you keep your own processor. OrderMyGear’s older reviews say you do not.

What is gated?

Printavo Lite is 20 quotes or invoices and 2 users. The Printavo API is Premium. DecoNetwork’s API is Enterprise. shopVOX webhooks were $250 a month. YoPrint’s export is Pro. InkSoft’s Printavo link is the top plan of both.

Does the approval create the job?

ManagePrint says yes, in one step, with an e-sign and a deposit. GraphicsFlow’s approval is a showcase until someone builds the order in another system.

Do store orders land in the same queue?

That is the reason shops buy DecoNetwork. It is also the complaint when batching cannot keep up, and when OrderMyGear needs a custom integration.

Many sizes on one line?

PriceIt users name this. InkIQ’s demo, on a mixed-size line, used a median price. Ask to see a 2XL upcharge on a single row.

What is a draft, and what is never guessed?

InkIQ’s public rule is that a missing price rule escalates. A system that invents a number is worse than a system that makes you type.

Are you buying a sheet builder?

The Print Life, Turbine through Wasatch, and Antigro will nest art onto a gang sheet. That is a production choice. It is not required to buy the transfers.

07 / Edges

The work that does not sit in one login.

These are the seams. A full vendor file is above when the product is a shop system. The notes here are the handoffs.

InkSoft and Printavo connect on the top tier of both. InkSoft announced it on March 21, 2024: “This integration is only available for customers subscribed to InkSoft Unlimited & Printavo Premium.” That is the $419 InkSoft plan plus Printavo Premium, whose price is not published. One July 2025 shop-owner review says “the problem basically is that it doesn't work.” That is one report. A shop owner who left the pair for DecoNetwork called them “two separate systems which was two costly and too much to manage.”
ManagePrint’s connections are narrow on purpose. A one-way Printavo sync and QuickBooks Online. No public API, webhooks, or Zapier. The Read-only AI assistant will not turn an email into a quote.
Gang sheets are a category, not a single product. The Print Life includes a builder. Turbine nests through Wasatch. Antigro is a Shopify app at 5% of the print-ready file. Apparel Decorating Network prices DTF per square inch and does not bill a gang sheet.
Email-to-quote has two public offers. InkIQ is the fuller demo, closed and credit-metered. PriceIt’s importer is $25 a month on a product that has been around since 1997. Neither has a public accuracy record in the sources used here.

08 / Evidence

What this page can and cannot prove.

Quotes are copied from the page they link to. Review volume is uneven. Where the record is thin, this guide says so instead of padding it.

  • Checked October 9, 2026. Prices can change. Confirm the vendor page the week you sign.
  • A real pile of reviews: Printavo, shopVOX, DecoNetwork, and ShopWorks OnSite.
  • Thin on purpose: YoPrint had two Capterra reviews, both 5.0. GraphicsFlow, OrderMyGear, Teesom, and InkIQ are thin. ManagePrint has few outside reviews and launched around spring 2026.
  • One review family: G2 agreed on January 29, 2026 to buy Capterra, Software Advice, and GetApp, and the deal closed February 5, 2026 (PR Newswire). When those sites agree, treat them as one family.

One price history has a bias. The most detailed Printavo price trail comes from a shop owner who left Printavo and built his own system (autoprintshop.com, prices checked September 12, 2026). He is not selling the products he reviews. He does build competing software. Today’s list prices come from the vendor pages, not from that trail.

Who owns what

When What happened
Feb 2022 PSG and Blue Star Innovation Partners acquired InkSoft and Printavo. With GraphicsFlow, they formed Inktavo.
2022 Printavo retired legacy plans. One shop’s $249 Premium became $399.
Apr 2024, Jun 2025 That same Premium, in the autoprintshop trail, went to $449 and then $469. Today’s public list is $109 / $244 / Premium on request.
Oct 21, 2025 Inktavo merged with OrderMyGear.
Sep 22, 2026 Taivo replaced Inktavo as the parent of eight brands: OrderMyGear, Printavo, Clarity, GraphicsFlow, OneSource, SignTracker, Distributor Central, and InkSoft. Products keep their names. “AI-enhanced capabilities” are described as a plan, not a shipped feature.

The September 22, 2026 press release claims 11,000+ active clients and $1B+ in transactions (PR Newswire). Those are the company’s figures.

If the job is the transfers

DTF, priced per square inch.

Apparel Decorating Network prices DTF by the square inch of the print. You send the image, the size, and how many you need. You do not build a gang sheet, and you are not billed for empty film between designs. The current rate, with real examples, is on the DTF pricing guide.

Sending transfers out? Price is per square inch. No gang sheet to build.
